PHART 2.2.1 - PyPI Release Notes
this release coalesces some changes to the ci/cd backend code and adds a new feature:
--node-label-width COLS
for constraining label width by hard-breaking lines at COLS width. works in conjunction with existing args for controllling how many lines of label can be inside a bounding box.

This release is a major jump from the previous long-lived PyPI package (1.1.4) and includes substantial feature growth, CLI expansion, rendering improvements, and stricter runtime expectations.

Compatibility / Breaking Notes
- Python requirement is now
>=3.14.
- Some validation paths are stricter (invalid style-rule/glyph combinations fail fast).
